These types of accidents occur not only on construction sites, but also can occur at outside of work-related activities, . These accidents carry serious and have long-lasting impact on the injured.

Falling off a building or falling from a height will need consideration to overall safety of the height that you fell from. Other factors such as weather, negligence, construction codes may also have an impact.

      Hi Franc,
Thank you for your enquiry. The is no specific form for responding to a PIPA Part 1, however there are specific guidelines you will need to follow which are contained in the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act itself.
Should you require any further assistance with this matter, please do not hesitate to contact our office on (07) 3252 0011.
      Yours faithfully,
      Natasha
